I love decorating with pillows. They give the room warmth and personality. Do you have enough? Can you ever have too many pillows? I mean think about it, how many do you have in your home right now? Start counting. I'll wait. There are the ones on your bed, the ones on the couch, the ones on your chairs and maybe even floor. As I was walked though my own house this weekend, I started noticing all the pillows I have and thought, wow, I really love decorating with pillows, I mean, I have two in my kitchen alone.
Hi friends! I'm just popping in quickly today to announce the winner of my Tidy Living Shelf Bundle Giveaway.
There are so many great classic love songs out there, but which ones are the most romantic? How do you choose the best? Well for me it all comes down to the lyrics. Here's a peek at my favorites. Growing up, there was always, always music playing in our home. My mom was a classically trained vocalist, who performed on the stage at Radio City Music Hall and with The Ray Conniff Singers. She loved everything from torch song classics and Broadway show tunes to rock and roll and dance tracks. If it had a catchy beat and she could sing along, she was a fan.
The other day I received a lovely email from a company who wanted to offer me some new bedding in exchange for a post. My initial thought was,"Wow! How exciting and what a wonderful surprise!" While I didn't really need new bedding, it's always nice to get new stuff, right? Of course, before I answered them, I checked out their site and starting thinking.
As a young child, I had a pen pal. Her name was Leonie and she lived in Australia. I don't remember exactly how old I was, third, maybe fourth grade? Our class had written letters to her class and then they wrote back to us. Our words traveled across oceans par avian and while Leonie and I never actually met, we formed quite a friendship and continued to correspond for several years.
